A pre-conference event for Worship Pastors / Team Leaders on Friday 8th June.
We're hosting pre-conference event for all local church Worship Team leaders / Worship Pastors.
Many of us will be facing similar challenges as we're leading worship teams, big and small. We'd love to invite you to join with other Worship Team Leaders from around the UK, in a more intimate setting, for shared learning, equipping and community.
This is a pre-conference event on Friday 8th June designed specifically for Worship Team Leaders or Worship Pastors, and requires a separate ticket to our Worship School Conference on the Saturday

Leading any worship team has it's challenges, but how do you lead a multi-Site worship team? From organisation and structure to alignment and unity across Sites; releasing leaders whilst pursuing excellence. Leadership lessons learned from leading a MultiSite worship team. The good, the bad and the ugly!
How to push forward in different genres and styles of music, whilst still bringing the congregation with you. Lessons on pioneering creativity within your worship team, whilst still leading worship effectively (and not isolating the congregation!).
Help! I've got no musicians
I barely have enough musicians to make a band, let alone two or three! This seminar is how to make the most out of a small team. Looking at some of the practical challenges, but creative solutions to having rich, compelling worship times with a smaller team.
How to pastor musicians, disciple them in godliness, grow character and love for Jesus, whilst still having grace and patience for where people are at in their journeys. Creating a culture of discipleship and worship in your team.
Lunch is including in the ticket price.
Dinner - We've purposefully ended the day at 5pm, to give you time to enjoy an evening in Brighton and get some rest before WorshipSchool starts Saturday. Great opportunity to connect with new friends, network, or get some time to yourself. There are many restaurants in central Brighton, but as it's Friday night, we recommend calling ahead and booking somewhere...
Here are some of our favourites:
10 mins walk
Fatto O Manno
3 mins walk
Mexican street food
8 mins walk
8 mins walk
6 mins walk
There's also your McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Dominos, kebab shop etc. plus many different pubs and restaurants, all within 10 minutes of the Clarendon Centre. Google map it on the day and you'll be winning.
Worship Pastors Day will be held at Emmanuel Brighton (previously Church of Christ the King):
47 New England Street
As the venue is literally 4 minutes walk from Brighton train station, we recommend getting the train down. However, there is a car park opposite the Clarendon Centre which is around £10 for the day.
We appreciate train tickets, petrol, parking and overnight stay can add up... so we've purposely made this day as accessible as possible.
Worship Pastors Day ticket is £15
This is a separate event to Worship School Conference, which will need a separate ticket.
